Water and Sanitation
EviQuest supports governments, development partners, and private sector clients to achieve their goals and maximize their impact in the water and sanitation sector. Since its inception, it has been dedicated to helping our clients deliver clean water and improved quality of life in developing economies. Throughout our years of operation, our clients, have successfully contracted our services to carry out projects in water resource management, water supply, sanitation, irrigation and drainage, and systems management.
Livelihoods
Under this thematic area, we aim to strengthen the evidence base and inform policy and practice around livelihoods. We use modern and proven analytical tools for translating a static inventory of livelihood assets into a dynamic understanding of livelihood systems. While livelihoods analysis is a central part of our company’s goals, what makes our approach unique and powerful is its proven ability to quantify the productive contribution of poorer and richer households’ livelihood capitals and assets rather than simply providing a list of them
Health
In partnership with communities, governments, local non-profits, and care providers, and the private sector, we improve health and social systems around the world, especially those that serve people who are challenged by poverty and marginalization, expanding families’ access to quality health care and essential social services. We use systems practice methodology to pioneer sustainable health programming that places local communities at the heart of our work. Our programming builds on platforms of HIV/AIDS services, family and child health, and social services for orphans and vulnerable children. Our integrated approach links health with livelihoods, governance, capacity development, and monitoring and evaluation. We support community-based organizations through grants and technical, organizational, and institutional capacity building, enabling them to develop and sustain quality health and social services, products, and information. At the same time, we engage with stakeholders to create a policy environment supportive of solutions to a range of public health needs.
Nutrition
EviQuest provides research-based policy solutions to sustainably reduce poverty and end hunger and malnutrition in developing countries. Global, regional, and national food systems face major challenges and require fundamental transformations. More than ever, responding to these challenges will require a systems-oriented, multidisciplinary approach to reshape food systems so they work for all people sustainably. Our research builds on the strong base of work developed under our customized strategy and focuses on five strategic research areas:

Climate Change
Our technical assistance seeks to deliver measurable benefits aligned with the aims of the Paris Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. They improve lives, livelihoods, and landscapes for communities around the world. Climate change is the most significant environmental challenge facing the world today, with anticipated impacts such as increasingly extreme weather events and disruption of agricultural production. Although much debate remains regarding the most effective strategies for addressing climate change, there is a broad international agreement that concerted international action must be taken to stabilize greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions if we want to avoid catastrophic climate impacts. We support the implementation of actions at the national, regional, and international level directed at addressing climate change and stabilising GHG emissions, through our cross-cutting programmes and projects on Land use/forests, REDD+, Safeguards, Multilateralism.
Gender
We use an equity-focused approach to evaluation that helps us to analyze interventions or programs in a participatory manner and embrace multiple perspectives. Rather than proposing a purely technical approach to its projects, Iram takes into consideration the nature of social, economic, environmental, and political relationships at the various levels from local to global. We adapt our methods to the complexity of the stakes involved and to the specific context. We provide training and consultancy services to support the understanding of the gender dimension at a project, program, and national level. We are here to make sure that our clients will not only improve their level of gender ratings but will become inclusive, progressive, and sustainable leaders of gender diversity in their sector.
Education
In a rapidly changing world, education has never been more important as a critical lever to help people achieve their full potential. We work to improve educational and employment outcomes, helping create prosperous societies that provide equal opportunities. We do this by focusing on increasing access, affordability, and quality for every individual, and on closing gaps in outcomes across race, socioeconomic status, and gender. We serve education institutions and systems, governments, vocational training providers, service providers, and philanthropic and for-profit investors. Our teams include former teachers, institutional leaders, researchers, and policy-makers dedicated to helping the next generation to thrive not just as workers, but as citizens.
